Eric Dier was in attendance as his new team Bayern Munich were in action against Hoffenheim for the first time since he signed for the club.

Dier completed his transfer to Bayern on Thursday, signing a deal that runs until the end of the season, though the German giants have the option to extend his stay until the end of the 2024-25 campaign. He opted to leave Spurs as he had played only three games this season under new coach Ange Postecoglou.
Dier watched on as the Bavarian side picked up an important three points on home soil — their third straight victory in the league. The win leaves them in second place and a point behind league leaders Bayer Leverkusen.
Dier will likely be on the field alongside old co-star Kane and his new team-mates when Bayern meet Werder Bremen in the German top-flight on January 21.
